Calvin Bassey will make a decision on his future before returning from the break Brila.net have learnt.
Bassey is wanted by Aston Villa ahead of next season, but the Defender has three years left on his current deal and Rangers have slapped a £25m fee on their Player.
The young defender, who played a pivotal role in the Scottish Cup victory and Europa League run last season, is a crucial player for Rangers, and the club appears unlikely to accept less than the asking price.
The 22-year-old is currently on holiday after international duty with Nigeria, where he played in the AFCON qualifiers against Sierra Leone and Sao Tome and Principe.
Scottish media however reported, Bassey will make a decision, weighing up his future before returning for pre-season and Aston Villa Manager, Steven Gerrard keen to tempt the full-back to the English Premier League.
In another report, The Birmingham Mail stated that a £25m fee could price out Aston Villa with the club weighing up other options.
Bassey played 53 games for Club and Country last season.
