Rwanda head coach, Torsten Spittler, has expressed confidence ahead of his team’s Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying match against Nigeria.
The Amavubi host Nigeria’s Super Eagles in their second qualifier on Tuesday, following a 1-1 draw against Libya in Tripoli.

Despite facing a formidable Nigerian side, Spittler remains undaunted.
Speaking at the pre-game press conference, the German coach reassured fans that his team is well-prepared for the challenge.
“We are in a good process, and what we have done so far is promising. We know Nigeria is a big team with big names, but I want to assure you that we are prepared and ready to show good football tomorrow,” Spittler said.
Under Spittler’s leadership, Rwanda has only suffered one defeat in their last seven matches, and the coach is hopeful that his side can deliver another strong performance against the Super Eagles.
