Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez were meant to defend their Women’s Tag Team Titles against Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville on the May 15 episode of WWE Raw.

However, Morgan sustained an unexplained injury and wouldn’t be participating at the event.

Rodriguez battled Green previously and easily won with minimal fuss. Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler attacked the winner after the contest.

On SmackDown, it was revealed that Morgan and Rodriguez will be giving up their belts because of an injury.

Bryan Alvarez revealed during a Wrestling Observer Radio interview that Morgan may need surgery for a shoulder ailment.

No information has been released on the length of Morgan’s absence or the official determination that she needs to have surgery, Alvarez continued.

A Fatal-Four-Way Match will take place on the May 29th episode of Raw, it was also revealed on SmackDown.

Rousey and Shayna Baszler, Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville, Bayley and IYO SKY, and Raquel Rodriguez and an unidentified partner will all compete in the match.
