President Muhammadu Buhari hosted D’Tigress at the State House, Presidential Villa Abuja on Wednesday and promised the 2017 Women’s AfroBasket champions cash rewards for their feat.

D’Tigress who won gold at the recently concluded FIBA Women’s Afrobasket Championship in Mali emerging Champions after 12 years were met with the President at the Executive Council Meeting.

The President also promised each of the victorious players ₦1million while each official of the team will get ₦500,000.
