Jose Peseiro says he’s happy to reunite with his players with after three months.
The Three times African Champions last played against Sao Tome and Principe in a 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in June.
Peseiro and the players are currently camping in Constantine ahead of the international friendly against the Desert Foxes of Algeria.
The Super Eagles will first take on Algeria’s CHAN team on Friday, and then their first team next Tuesday.
Peseiro said he’s happy have the boys early in camp for the two games.
“Feels great to be back with the team. Look forward to a week of hard work and training, before the friendly match against Algeria,” He said.
The Super Eagles will be aiming to record their first victory over Algerian since winning, 3-1, back in 2017.
