Nigerian wrestler Blessing Oborududu has secured a place in the semi-finals of the Women’s Freestyle 68kg category with an impressive 8-2 victory over Canada’s Linda Morais.
Despite trailing 0-2 at the midway point, Oborududu mounted a remarkable comeback, scoring six consecutive points to clinch the win.
The Nigerian, a 15-time African Champion, previously earned a silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics, further solidifying her status as a formidable competitor in the Sport.
