Paris 2024: NOC Provides Team Nigeria’s Departure Schedule

Secretary-General of the Nigeria Olympic Committee, Tunde Popoola has confirmed that Team Nigeria’s athletes will start departing their training camp in Germany for Paris starting today.

Athletes from the table tennis, boxing, and badminton teams will be the first to leave, with other athletes scheduled to depart on subsequent dates.

“All arrangements have been made, and there are no complications with the current plan for all athletes,” Popoola stated.

 

 

 

The schedule is as follows:

Today: Teams for boxing, table tennis, and badminton.

July 23rd: Football team departs.

July 25th: Athletes will move to the Olympic Village in Paris.

July 28th: Wrestling team departs.

“So, we do not have any problem with movement to the competition so far. There are no impeding problems,” he concluded.
