Victor Osimhen has vowed to give his best for Galatasaray following a thrilling reception from the club’s supporters.
The Nigerian international touched down in Turkey late at night via private jet, where he was met by thousands of enthusiastic Galatasaray fans who had gathered at the airport to greet him.
Osimhen joins the Turkish giants on loan from Napoli and expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome.
“They came here at this time of the night. I can feel them. I dedicate myself to them in every match,” he said.
Praising the passionate fanbase and the stature of his new club, Osimhen added, “An incredible fanbase. Galatasaray is one of the biggest clubs.”
The 25 year-old striker will reunite with his former Napoli teammate Dries Mertens at Galatasaray.
“I am so happy playing with Mertens again,” Osimhen added.
