Nigeria’s striker Victor Osimhen became emotional and broke down after Salernitana scored a later equalizer to delay Napoli’s title celebration.

The Partenopei came into the game, needing three points to be confirmed as Champions after Lazio’s 3-1 loss to Inter.

Napoli however went in front when Mathías Olivera strike in the 62nd minute, and were six minutes away from glory, when Boulaye Dia equalized.

Dia beat easily on the edge of the box, before curling the ball into the back of the net.

Osimhen was furious with himself and watched in agony as Salernitana players celebrated around him.​ He had couple of chances to score but was denied by goalkeeper.​
