Super Falcons captain Asisat Oshoala is one of the players nominated for the 2020 UEFA Fans’ Team Of the Year.

The four time African women footballer who surprisingly missed out of 2020 Women’s of the year nomination, was nominated along side 49 other players.

The UEFA football governing body made the list of the shortlisted player public on Tuesday and Oshoala is one of the three Barcelona players on the list.

The former Arsenal ladies star had great 2020, winning the league title and also the Super Cup with the Catalan giants.

She also scored 20 scored in 19 league appearances last season.
