Super Falcons’ striker, Desire Oparanozie has hailed the Amaju Pinnick led Nigeria Football federation(NFF) for the good preparation the team has had so far as countdown to the FIFA Women’s World Cup in France continues.
Speaking with brila.net, Oparanozie stated that she remained satisfied with the level of preparations so far and expressed gratitude to the NFF for the efforts made at ensuring the team is adequately prepared for the world cup.
“I’m satisfied with the world cup preparation because this is the first of its kind for the Falcons. We also understand that the federation are hoping to get us quality friendlies in the first week of April during the FIFA window.
The plan is to play 2 or 3 friendlies and we hear what we may be waiting for now is a formal approval.”
