Super Eagles forward, Henry Onyekuru has declared that he is still hopeful of getting a chance to play for the Eagles at the forthcoming FIFA 2018 world cup.
The Everton striker made this remark in a chat with brila.net, even as he continues to recover from a serious injury he sustained while playing for Anderlecht on loan from Everton.
According to Onyekuru, its all about positive vibes at the moment, as all hope is not lost.
“I think it is all about having positive vibes all around me now, I still believe i will be fit in time to get selected for the FIFA Mundial,” Onyekuru told brila.net.

The 20-year-old was at that time featuring for Belgian Jupiler side, Anderlecht but was injured during the 1-0 win over his former club Eupen and was taken off on a stretcher in the 78th minute.
Onyekuru cost Everton £6.8m in the summer. He has scored nine goals in 19 league appearances this season playing as a winger. His total haul is 10 goals in 28 games in all competitions.
