Nigeria midfielder Raphael Onyedika extended his scoring streak with a goal in Club Brugge’s 3-0 victory over Royal Antwerp in the League Championship Playoff on Sunday.

Onyedika broke the deadlock just a minute before halftime for his third goal in the last two matches for the former Belgian champions.

The 22-year-old put in a full 90-minute shift for Club Brugge but will be sidelined for their next fixture against Union St Gilloise due to accumulating his third yellow card of the play-offs.

In the same game, his compatriots Alhassan Yusuf and Chidera Ejuke featured for Royal Antwerp, although they couldn’t prevent their side from suffering a defeat.
