Hapoel Be’er Sheva midfielder John Ogu relished Wednesday’s play-off win against Beitar Jerusalem as his side keep a strangle hold on pole position in the Israel Ligat Ha’Al.

Hapoel, who are back to back champions of the league, are chasing a third consecutive title and another shot at UEFA Champions League appearance.

The Liga Ha’Al champions hammered the visitors 3-1 and the Nigeria international put in his shift, getting booked in the 11th minute and played all 90 minutes.
