Center back and captain, Kenneth Omeruo has wasted no time diving into preparations for the upcoming season with his Turkish club Kasimpasa.

Just weeks after wrapping up the 2023-2024 campaign, the 30-year-old and his teammates have been hitting the gym relentlessly to ensure they are in peak conditions.

Omeruo took to Instagram on Monday to share glimpses of their rigorous fitness sessions, captioning his post with enthusiasm: “Preparations started early, but we love it.”

Last season, the Nigerian played a crucial role for Kasimpasa, featuring in 23 out of 24 Super Lig matches, where he scored once and provided five assists.

His contributions were instrumental as Kasimpasa clinched fifth place in the league standings with 56 points, narrowly missing out on a spot in continental football.
