Olorunleke Quits Enyimba, Joins Sudanese Club

Super Eagles goalkeeper Ojo Olorunleke has finalized a transfer to Sudanese club Al Merrikh Omdurman.

Olorunleke signed a two-year contract that will keep him with the team until the summer of 2026.

 

He joined Enyimba from regional rivals Abia Warriors in 2021.

Back in 2023 he was appointed as club captain, and during his time Enyimba secured two NPFL titles.

He was a member of Nigeria’s squad at the recent Africa Cup of Nations in Côte d’Ivoire, where the team won the silver medal.

Olorunleke is currently the third-choice goalkeeper for the Super Eagles.
