Okpotu bags brace for US Monastir against CS Hammam

Former Lobi forward Anthony Okpotu netted a brace in US Monastir’s 3-1 win over CS Hammam in Tunisian Ligue one clash on Tuesday evening.

The former Lobi stars of Makurdi striker has now taken his tally for the 2019-2020 Tunisian Ligue one season to 12.

Okpotu opened the scoring insude two minutes into the game, before completing his brace four minutes after the restart.

Jlassi scored the other goal for US Monastir, while M. B Rajeh scored the consolidation goal for the visitors at the Stade Mustapha Ben Janet.

Monastir are second on the table with 38 points from 19 matches, they sit 10 points behind Esperance of Tunis despite playing a game more.
