David Okereke was in action as Cremonese ended their topflight campaign with a win over Salernitana on Saturday.

With Cremonese already relegated to the Serie B, the players however gave their fans something to cheer by winning the final game of the season, 2-0, at the Giovanni Zini Stadium.

Okereke played for just 45 minutes and was not among the goalscorers.

It was his 33rd league game for the club and he scored 7 goals.

His compatriot, Cyriel Dessers missed the game due to injury; he also has 6 goals and in 26 matches.

William Troost-Ekong featured as a second half substitute for Salernitana.
