Nigerian sprinter Favour Ofili showcased her exceptional speed at the Holloway Pro Classic, clinching victories in both the women’s 100m and 200m events.
Ofili powered through the 100m race, clocking a time of 11.07 seconds to secure first place.
She edged out Candace Hill of the United States, who finished second. Leah Bertrand of Trinidad and Tobago took third place.
Demonstrating remarkable stamina, Ofili returned to the track less than an hour later to compete in the 200m.
She came on top once again, finishing with a time of 22.36 seconds despite a headwind of -0.2 m/s.
Candace Hill followed closely, securing another second-place finish with a time of 22.62 seconds.
Adaejah Hodge of the British Virgin Islands rounded out the top three, crossing the line in 22.66 seconds.
