Ochuba hopeful of league return and sure of Kwara united topflight survival

Kwara United defender Henry Ochuba has stated that he wants the Nigeria Professional Football League to continue despite the seemingly uncertain situation of things as to when the league will return due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation.

The defender is focussed on how he can play his part in ensuring that the Ilorin based side does not go down at the end of the season despite being in the relegation zone on the standing before the lockdown.
Ochuba speaking in a chat with  brila.net said he is optimistic and hopeful of the ability of the team to turn things around and ensure they preserve their top-flight status.
He thereafter added that they can even aspire to a better finish than mere fight for survival on the league table.
“I’m been positive and also optimistic about the future, the league should continue. For Kwara united, I don’t see us relegating.
Thirteen matches are not just three matches and moreover we have two home matches to play before the lockdown.
So I’m more positive that at the end of the day definitely we will remain in the league if not compete with the rest by the special grace of God.”
