Bendel Insurance midfielder, Divine Nwachukwu has completed a permanent transfer to Ethiopian club Coffee SC.
Nwachukwu joined Coffee SC as a free agent following the expiration of his contract with the NPFL side.
“A new chapter begins! I am delighted to have signed with Ethiopian Coffee SC.
“Can’t wait to get started and make a difference on the field. Thank you to everyone who’s been with me along the way. Let’s go.” He said in a post on X.
Nwachukwu’s move to Coffee SC follows the recent transfer of Amas Obasogie from Bendel Insurance to the same Ethiopian club.
Nwachukwu, previously recognized for his standout performances at Bendel Insurance, was once called up to the Super Eagles.
He won Nigeria’s Federation Cup with Bendel Insurance in 2023.
