At Lekan Salami Stadium in Ibadan, Shooting Stars banished the agony of derby defeat to Remo Stars with 4-1 thrashing of Niger Tornadoes.
Ayobami Adekunle opened the floodgate of goals with opener for Shooting Stars in the 16th minute, but Chidi Ernest restored parity for the visitors in the 35th minute.
Shooting Stars responded in devastating fashion with goals Ayodeji Bamidele, Gbolagade Adelowo, and Ayobami Junior added three more goals to secure the victory for Shooting Stars.
