Ikechukwu Ezenwa fancies he’ll man the sticks when Nigeria play Poland in an international friendly later this month and has vowed to shut out in-form striker, Robert Lewandowski.
Lewandowski, who is Poland’s joint 7th all-time top goalscorer, is likely to get a place against the Super Eagles when they clash in Wrocław on 23 March.
But the prowess of the Bayern Munich goal poacher is not a cause for concern Ezenwa has told brila.net
The 29-year-old goalkeeper is only getting back to match fitness having picked up a knee injury during Nigeria’s CHAN tournament campaign and is yet to feature for his new club Enyimba, in a competitive game.
Meanwhile, Bayern Munich striker, Lewandowski has scored 20 goals in 23 Bundesliga matches so far this season.
