Nigeria’s ‘Yaya Toure’ Ipalibo Jack targets Real Madrid move

Promising Nigerian midfielder Ipalibo Jack, who is widely compared to former Barcelona and Manchester City star Yaya Toure, has disclosed his interest in a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid.

Jack, from Diamond Academy of Umuahia, joined up with Villarreal after successful trials back in 2016.

The Nigerian youngster was, however, sent to Strømsgodset in 2019 on a year-long loan by parent club Villarreal C.

In a recent interview with brila.net, Jack said he prefers to remain at Strømsgodset than to return to Villarreal where he would not command a starting shirt.

Meanwhile, the player who is often referred to as Yaya Toure also told brila.net of Real Madrid’s interest in his services and his dream of playing for the Spanish giants.

“My dream club is Real Madrid, and the good thing is that the Spanish club have done a lot of deals with Strømsgodset in the past,’ He said

“I know I have to work hard to achieve that because Real Madrid will not come for you if you are not on top of your game,’ He added.
