Nigeria’s 2019 busy football engagement result of better technical planning – Bewerang

Technical director of the Nigeria Football Federation Bitrus Bewerang has stated that Nigeria’s busy schedule and participation in virtually every football tournaments is as a result of better technical planning which stems from the NFF’s resolve to get things right this time. 

Bewerang told www.brila.net in a chat that the qualification of all national teams and participation shows the amount of planning put into the teams and expectation of a better outing as well.
“This is a very good development for Nigeria, you get those kind of participation as a result of planning and so the planning has brought what we have seen as a development in terms of football at all levels of the national teams in this country. We are doing everything possible to see that we get good results.”
Nigeria having participated at the CAF U20 cup of nations with a world cup ticket secured will also be attending the CAF U17 AFCON this month as well as the 2019 AFCON, the FIFA women world cup and in a bid to land the ticket to the U23 AFCON as well.
