With the pirates of Seychelles set to battle Nigeria in Delta State this Friday, assistant captain of the team and Saint Louis of Seychelles defender, Bertrand Esther has termed it as the biggest against the smallest country in Africa.
Esther, who featured in the first leg back in September last year where the Eagles ran away 3-0 at the State Linite, speaking with www.brila.net, stated that they will do all they can to give a good account of themselves as anything can happen in football.
“For us, we are still amateur because we have to work and play football, so it’s very difficult for us because Nigeria is a good country in Africa, the biggest country in Africa, and we are the smallest country in Africa”.
“The smallest that’s us, playing Nigeria, the biggest, so we make sure we give our best during the match because we are prepared for the match, he concluded.
