Technical director of the Handball Federation of Nigeria Ferdinand Emeana has stated that the Nigeria Handball national team will not let Nigerians down ahead of today’s commencement of hostilities at the 2020 Africa men Handball championship in Tunisia.Â
Emeana speaking in a chat gathered by www.brila.net said the Nigeria national team has been adequately prepared and with the level of efforts put in getting the team to the cup of nations together with quality friendly matches, the team will try it best to give a good account of itself.
Nigeria is housed in group B alongside 2018 Third place winner Angola, 2018 host Gabon and Libya.
“We’ve played topflight clubs in Tunisia Esperance, we played Olympic Soulaymane of Morocco, Cameroon and last match was against RDC Congo.
This is the only way out. I want to tell Nigerians that by the grace of God with what we have done so far, we will not let them down. We will do our best.”
