Nigeria face steamrolling Burkina Faso in U17 WAFU B Championship final

Nigeria will face Burkina Faso in the final of the U17 WAFU B Championship this Friday.

A 3-1 comeback win against Ivory Coast in the first semi-final at the Cape Coast Stadium secured the final berth for Nigeria.

Meanwhile, Burkina Faso pipped host Nation Ghana 1-0 at the same venue and maintained their 100 percent winning record in the competition.

Both finalists have also booked their places at next year’s U17 Africa Cup of Nation in Algeria.
