Ademola Lookman has expressed his joy and gratitude after being named the 2024 CAF Men’s Player of the Year at a grand ceremony in Marrakech, Morocco on Monday night.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria will learn their group stage opponents for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON on Wednesday, January 27, 2025, as announced by CAF following its executive committee meeting held in Marrakech, Morocco, on Monday.
Following Ademola Lookman’s triumph as the 2024 CAF African Player of the Year on Monday night in Marrakech, Morocco, congratulatory messages have poured in for the Super Eagles and Atalanta forward, celebrating his historic achievement.

The Super Eagles squad, led by captain William Troost-Ekong, quickly took to social media to celebrate their teammate’s well-deserved recognition.
