The criteria for the Nigeria U-20 coaching role include:
Candidates must possess at least a CAF B License, have a minimum of five years of coaching experience, and possess a thorough knowledge of Nigeria’s domestic leagues.
The ideal coach must be proficient in English and demonstrate strong communication skills.
Leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively with the NFF Technical Department and Technical Sub-Committee are also essential.
Applicants must be of good standing and transparent in the discharge of their duties.
Candidates should have a track record of success in coaching within the past three years and be ready to work harmoniously with the NFF leadership.
