The CHAN Eagles have several tune up games lined up in Morocco when the team departs for the CHAN 2018 Tournament next year according to Media Officer Toyin Ibitoye.
In a telphone interview with Babafemi Raji on Sports Machine [Brila FM], Ibitoye said the team was currently on break after an intensive practice session at the weekend.
Salisu Yusuf has been putting the players through their paces, working on stamina and keeping possession.
‘The NFF have a comprehensive plan for the team when we get to Morocco.
‘They have several friendly matches planned for the team all in a bid to get the players in proper competition mode,’ Ibitoye explained.
Nigeria is drawn in group C along with Libya, Rwanda and Equatorial Guinea.
