Nigeria’s midfield destroyer Wilfred Ndidi is on the verge of making his 100 appearances in the English Premier League.
Since his arrival from Genk of Belgium in 2017, Ndidi has made 99 Premier League appearances for the Foxes and has scored on six occasions.
The 22-year-old, is however set for his 100th premier league games in weekend’s clash with Brighton & Hove Albion at the King Power Stadium on Saturday.
Ndidi will be joining the likes of Nwankwo Kanu, Yakubu Aiyegbeni, Joseph Yobo, John Mikel Obi, Victor Moses and Alex Iwobi as the only Nigerian players who have made a centurion of appearances in the Premier League.
Ndidi has featured in all but one of the Foxes games this season and has two goals to his name.
