Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi is enjoying every bit of his role at Leicester City.

Ndidi, who is a natural defensive midfielder, is now playing in attacking position following the appointment of Enzo Maresca.

The Nigerian showcasing his versatility under the Italian, and providing an assist in hard-fought 2-1 victory against West Brom in the Championship on Saturday.

In the 72nd minute, Ndidi’s precision came to the forefront as he delivered a cross resulting in Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall’s goal – his sixth assist of the campaign.

In a post-match interview with Sky Sports, Ndidi expressed enthusiasm about his newfound role, emphasizing the valuable learning experience it provides.

“Yes of course, it is an amazing role,” the Midfielder remarked when asked about the more attacking contribution.

“We learn every day; I am actually enjoying myself because it is giving me the awareness to know my surroundings, how to make the run and how to keep it simple sometimes, and I am just enjoying the role, and it’s been brilliant,” He said.
