Leicester City has confirmed the departure of Wilfred Ndidi after failing to reach an agreement on a new contract.
The Foxes announced that negotiations with the former KRC Genk star had been ongoing but ultimately yielded no results.
Ndidi, 27, who joined Leicester City in January 2015 from Belgian club Genk, will now seek opportunities elsewhere.
The midfielder has already been linked with several clubs across Europe and has also received offers from Saudi Arabia.
During his time with Leicester, Ndidi made 273 appearances, scoring 17 goals and providing 17 assists.
He played a crucial role in the club’s triumphs in the English FA Cup, Community Shield, and Championship.
