Nigerian internationals Chidera Ejuke and Olisa Ndah took to the field for their respective teams in a pre-season match.
Ejuke played for Sevilla, while Ndah represented Orlando Pirates, who emerged victorious with a 2-0 win.
New signing, Chidera Ejuke started for Sevilla but was substituted before the second half, having made little impact in the game.
Meanwhile, his international teammate Olisa Ndah, featured for the South African side.
Ndah, who scored in Orlando’s previous match against Chesterfield, captained his team but was also replaced before the second half.
Orlando Pirates’ goals were scored by Miguel Timm and Kabelo Dlamini. Timm opened the scoring in the 21st minute, and Dlamini secured the win with a second goal in the 81st minute.
Ejuke is expected to be in action when Sevilla face Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon later on Tuesday.
