The package B of the national stadium in Abuja has been taken over by grazing herds of cattle that leave a awful sight of heaps of dung left in their trail.
According to www.brila.net reporter Pius Idoko, the herd graze freely inside the complex to the disdain of stadium officials and athletes.
It is not certain of the herders have permit to graze within the complex; which would be preposterous, but Idoko stated they seem to enjoy unfettered access.

Abuja National Stadium is a multipurpose national sports stadium located in Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria.
Opened in 2003, the complex is estimated to have cost $360 million per Wikipedia.
