Nasarawa united vice-captain Emmanuel Makama has stated that the Lafia based side are back to winning ways after a late 2-1 win on Sunday against visiting Akwa united ensured the team arrests a run of three straight defeat.
Makama speaking in a chat with brila.net stressed that it’s been a rough run for the team while they were struggling and believed Sunday’s win will mark the return of the team to winning ways and they will be consolidating on this for another run in their bid to climb their way back to the top of the table.
“We are back to winning ways, that three straight defeats affect us because we suffered for it but we thank God because we get it well now and by the grace of God we will continue winning again. It’s very important for us because as you see the table now, we are up again so we will continue from where we stop.”
