Victor Osimhen is not close to leaving Napoli as there are “no concrete” offers for the Forward according to reports from Italy.
Napoli have placed a €130million price tag on Osimhen, but the release clause has been a stumbling block for interested clubs.

In the past weeks, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain were among club mooted to have approached the Serie A club for the Nigerian striker.

However, none is willing to cough up that amount, and Chelsea have since turned their attention to Atletico Madrid’s Samu Omorodion.
The 20 year-old who was on loan last season at Alaves, is currently with Spain’s U23s at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Meanwhile, according to Sky Sports’ Marco Demichelis, Napoli will be forced to shift grounds on their asking price with the transfer window gradually winding up.
Demichelis reports that Napoli could negotiate between €80m-€90million Euros for Osimhen so they can plough the funds back into bolstering their squad for the new season.
So far, PSG are the only club still willing to return to discussions for the African Player of the Year, but recent updates have also put Arsenal in the mix – though no offers has been made yet.
