Simon Moses played a part on Nantes 2-1 win over Clermont Foot in Saturday’s French Ligue one game played at the Stade de la Beaujoire – Louis Fonteneau.
Simon started the game for the Caneries, and it was his 11th league game for the Club this season.
The 26-year-old was has been involved in six goals (1 goal and five assists) for the Caneries this season, but didn’t add to his tally against Clermont Foot.
He lasted for 90th minute, before he was withdrawn for Soumare Moutoussamy as Nantes defended their slim advantage.
Both teams finished the game with 10 players, as Sebastien Corchia (Nantes) and Johan Gastien (Clermont Foot) were shown red card in the first half.
Andrei Grotto and Ludovic Blas scores the two goals for Nantes, while Mohamed Bayo got Clermont Foot’s consolation goal.
The victory Nantes moved to fourth on the log with 17 points after 11 round of games.
