Nantes’ Nigerian Winger, Moses Simon continued his impressive form this season, registering an assist in his side’s 1-1 draw against OGC Nice in a Ligue 1, at the Stade de la Beaujoire.
Simon set up Matthis Abline for the opening goal in the 67th minute, bringing his total goal contributions for the season to four.
However, Nantes were unable to hold onto the lead, as Evann Guessand equalized for Nice in the 72nd minute.
The 29-year-old Nigerian has been ever-present for Nantes this season, starting all seven of the club’s Ligue 1 matches.
He has scored two goals and provided two assists, making him one of the team’s top performers.
Despite Simon’s efforts, Nantes were forced to share the points, as they continue to seek consistent results in the 2024/2025 campaign.
