While congratulating the winners in his opening speech, Mr Dolapo Alli, Regional Director(Lagos-Ogun), Dangote Cement Plc, expressed his joy that people are participating and winning big in the promo. “I look forward to more winners emerging from the promo because as a company, we want to appreciate the people who make us remain the number one cement producer in the country.”

While any promo of this magnitude may appear to many as a hoax, the number of everyday Nigerians to emerge as winners has wiped away whatever doubt the people may have had. One of the star prize winners, Mr Akeem Kolawole had this to say “if someone had told me that this would happen, I would have said it’s a lie but today, Dangote Cement has cleared whatever doubt I had.”

Still speaking on the authenticity of the promo, Mrs Nkeiru Onuzulu, representative of the National lottery regulation Council (NLRC) stated that “We have followed this promo closely and we can say that Dangote cement has played by the rules and this promo is not a scam.”
