AC Milan manager, Stefano Pioli has urged Nigerian forward Samuel Chukwueze to elevate his game and contribute more to the team’s success.

Chukwueze, who joined Milan from Villarreal last summer, has faced difficulties in finding the back of the net in Serie A, registering no goals in 15 league appearances.

Despite scoring twice and providing an assist in the UEFA Champions League, Pioli drew a parallel between Chukwueze and teammate Christian Pulisic.

The American, who joined from Chelsea was praised for his work rate and goal contribution in the Serie A.

He emphasized the need for the Nigerian to not only work diligently but also score goals and provide assists.
