Manchester United would make a transfer bid for Wilfred Ndidi in January 2022, according to reports.
Reports from England claimed the Super Eagles and Leicester City has admirers at Old Trafford and he’s is among the top targets that might join the club in coming months.
With Nemanja Matic aging, Manchester United are short of natural holding midfielder and United hierarchy are said to be pondering about bringing in a long-term successor.
Among the names mentioned are Wilfred Ndidi and West Ham United captain Declan Rice, but it’s unclear if a deal could be agreed in January.
Ndidi, who has made nine starts in all competitions this campaign, also has a deal with the Foxes until 2024.
The former Genk midfielder is currently sidelined with injury and will be out for four weeks.
