Manchester United is interested in a swap deal that’ll involve Victor Osimhen and Cristiano Ronaldo, according to reports.
Italian transfer expert, Gianluca DiMarzio on Friday revealed, that Ronaldo’s agent Jorge Mendez, in agreement with Manchester United offered Ronaldo to Napoli, stating that the Red Devils are ready to offer a €100M for the Eagles star.
Ronaldo wants to leave the club to play Champions League football, and United are ready to grant his wish, providing they can bring in a suitable replacement.
Osimhen’s future at Napoli has also been a subject of debate all summer, with Arsenal, Liverpool, Barcelona, Paris Saint-German and Bayern Munich rumoured to be interested.
The Partenopei’s President Aurelius Did Laurentiis states that the 23-year-old isn’t available for sale this summer, with Osimhen also releasing a statement confirming his statement.
However United are confident that an offer of €100m plus Ronaldo could force the club and player to reconsider their position.
Osimhen has scored twice and created one for Napoli in two league games this season.
