Scribe of the Handball Federation of Nigeria Haruna Maigidansanma has hailed the board of the HFN for a successful staging of the recently concluded Handball league for the 2020 season despite the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Maigidansanma speaking in a chat with brila.net while taking a review of the resolve to go ahead with the league as the first Federation to proceed after the lifting of the restrictions on contact sports said it was a bold and giant statement from the Federation and also informed that preparation for the international competitions been nations cup for the Junior and cadet team will now be pending after the postponement by the Confederation of Africa Handball.
Safety shooters emerged as league winners for the men while Adorable Angels won the women’s Handball league title.
