Maduka Okoye was in goal for Sparta Rotherham in their Dutch League clash with NEC on Saturday.
Aiming to avoid a fourth straight league defeat, NEC play host to Sparta Rotterdam at the Goffertstadion on Saturday in round 27 of the 2021-22 Eredivisie season.
On the other hand, Okoye and his Sparta Rotherham team set out to record back to back victories for the first time this term having returned to winning ways last time out.
NEC were the better side on the night . They had 18 shot at goal with six of them on target, but Okoye was at the right place to stop them.
Sparta Rotherham on their part hard just efforts at goal and none of them hit the target.
However, both sides shared the spoils as the game ended without a goal after 90 minutes of play.
Okoye has now kept four clean sheets in the last four game for Sparta Rotherham.
Okoye is expected to be in goal when the Super Eagles take on Black Stars of Ghana in FIFA World Cup qualification playoff on Saturday.
