Austria Vienna and Nigeria striker Bright Edomwonyi has stated that like other Nigerian players who have played and moved on to greater height to bigger leagues he hopes go secure a bigger move as well after the completion of the 2019/2020 league season in Austria that saw his Austria Vienna side narrowly missed out on UEFA Europa League spot after been beaten 3-2 on aggregate by Hartberg in the Austria league playoff.

Edomwonyi speaking in a chat with brila.net said the Austria league is one that can be a big window for him to also secure a bigger move to a bigger league having only returned after a less than inspiring sojourn in Turkey.
