Bayer Leverkusen are keen on adding Ademola Lookman to the squad after completing the signing of Victor Boniface.

Lookman’s impressive performances at Atalanta have caught the attention of the German club, and they are in contact with the Serie A to explore the possibility of bringing the Nigerian forward to Germany.

The forward had a productive debut season with Atalanta last season, scoring 13 goals and assisted eight in 31 Serie A matches.​

Atalanta already lost Rasmus Hojlund to Manchester United this summer, meaning Leverkusen must come up with huge offer to sign the player.

It’ll be interesting to see if they can meet Atalanta’s demands and secure his signing to bolster their front line after bringing in Victor Boniface.
