Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has made significant progress in its pursuit of Nigerian international, Ademola Lookman, as the club has reportedly agreed to personal terms with the forward.

The French giants are making a late push to secure Lookman’s transfer from Italian side Atalanta.

Sources close to the negotiation have confirmed that Lookman and his representatives have given a positive response to PSG’s offer.

However, despite the player’s willingness to make the move, Atalanta is hesitant to part with the talented forward.

The situation has escalated with the Nigerian reportedly submitting a formal transfer request to push through the deal.

In a further sign of his intent, Lookman withdrew from Atalanta’s Serie A opener against Lecce, increasing speculation about his imminent departure.

With the player and Club reaching an agreement on personal terms, the focus shifts to negotiations between the two clubs over a transfer fee.

Atalanta is believed to be demanding over €40 million for the forward, who joined the club for just €9 million two years ago.
