Liverpool youngster Ovie Ejaria has declared his readiness to represent the Super Eagles of Nigeria ahead of the three lions of England.
Ejaria has reportedly been cleared by the world football governing body FIFA to switch allegiance from England to Nigeria and the necessary documents are set to be completed in few weeks.
Ejaria who was born in England to Nigerian parents and has don the white jersey for England at the age grade level, including winning the FIFA U-17 and U-20 world cup.
Nigeria Football Federation has been trailing the youngster for sometimes now and its just a matter of months he would join the list of English born who are jumping the ship.
Ejaria who is currently on loan at Reading has been scouted by the coach of the Nigerian team Gernot Rohr who was said to be impressed with his footwork and will easily fit into his young squad.
However, the 22-year-old who has scored four goals from 48 games for Reading this season must work hard before he can break into the Super Eagles attack that already consist of Victor Osimhen, Cyriel Dessers, Samuel Chukwueze, Simon Moses and others.
